Position Description
The Sr. Business Analyst Supply Chain systems will be the lead and point of contact for supply chain business processes and integrations with E2Open and our 3PL partners (XPO, JB Hunt, etc...). This role will be responsible for monitoring and measuring the performance of supply chain system integrations to ensure an uninterrupted flow of data and information. The role serves as the primary point of contact for data interfaces and integration of supply chain technologies between our ERP system and E2Open’s Integrated Planning and E2Net integration system. Competence in EDI transactions and familiarity with the corresponding transition types ex. purchase orders, transfer orders, receipts, deliveries, and fulfilments. Must be proactive and suggest improvements and fixes, or normalization and a repeatable approach when appropriate.
Job Responsibilities
- Participates in strategic and long-term planning for business process improvements and information technologies related to Supply Chain including planning and integrations with warehouse systems
- Analyzes and harmonizes business processes and improvements across the business in support of demand planning, sales/operations planning, and supply chain reporting
- Strong understanding of technologies in supply chain and operations with experience in purchasing, finance resource planning, and procurement
- Interacts regularly with stakeholders and partner vendors in the scoping of project deliverables and driving the appropriate delivery and ownership for ongoing success of project implementation
- Coordinates and prioritizes IT support and resources to achieve department goals efficiently and effectively in support of the KPI strategy
- Understanding existing business processes and technology to develop the “to be” state, and developing a transition plan to create measurable business value under the current state
- Familiar with ERP technology platforms and functions (AS400, SAP, Blue Yonder, NetSuite, Infor), and WMS systems (Manhattan Associates)

- Teaming up with business process owners, functional leads, and subject matter experts to define functional business requirements and updates/changes to our supporting business integrations
- Helps drive the project cross-functionally from first detailing out the plan, collaborating to change business processes, and customizing the solution to meet our unique business needs
- Strong experience communicating with business users and other functional stakeholders regarding process improvement or automation initiatives within the supply chain and warehouse network
- Understanding future business strategies and directions to anticipate technical needs such as new product launches or member experiences
- Developing key metrics around project success, operations success, and business success in line with departmental KPI’s and metrics
- Understanding of EDI transactions: 810, 832, 855, 856, 945, 997, and VAN networks
Competencies
- Partner with global and local Finance, Supply Chain communities to ensure a complete understanding of requirements and quality in the delivery of business solutions
- Form strong working relationships with Supply Chain staff that run the core inventory processes locally, regionally, and globally
- Form strong working relationships with your Peloton peers and across the IT organization
- Document and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications with swim lanes and landscape diagrams
- Critically evaluate information gathered and recommend alternative solutions when available or appropriate
- Monitor project progress, identify, and escalate potential project risks and delays to management
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical staff and business users, and 3PL vendors
- Coordinate and lead discussions to ensure understanding and alignment to projects, functionality goals, and company initiatives
- Recognize the relationship, dependencies, and their impact on other projects
- Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMO or Six Sigma Project Management Experience and a strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile/SAFE project methodologies
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of business process, systems, or information technology experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with warehouse management and supply chain planning systems or equivalent technologies
- Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart is a plus, Google Docs, Visio, Excel, SAP, NetSuite, JDA, Manhattan, Looker, Shopify, RF Smart, E2Open, XPO, JB Hunt
