Joining Collibra's Field Analytics team:

Collibra is looking for an experienced Senior Data Intelligence Analyst to join the Field Analytics team and accelerate business decisions by unlocking the value of Sales data and turning it into a strategic asset. Reporting to the Senior Field Analytics Manager, the Senior Data Intelligence Analyst embraces and drives change throughout the organization through continuous delivery and optimization of trusted reporting and analytics.

Senior Data Intelligence Analysts at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Designing, developing and continuously optimizing Sales reporting and analytics solutions that meet business requirements and creating opportunities for automation, improvements and scalability
  • Collaborating closely with internal business stakeholders to understand their business intelligence and insights needs
  • Empowering Collibrians to find, understand the context, and trust the accuracy of Sales data and analytics through emphasis on data quality and end-to-end integration with the Collibra Platform
  • Translating technical outputs into clear narratives with recommendations to help achieve business objectives

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or related function
  • 5+ years experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar) relational database systems
  • 3+ years experience developing reporting and dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Advanced experience with programming languages (SQL, Python, R) and knowledge of end-to-end data warehousing principles, methodologies, and practices (Amazon Redshift a plus)
  • Strong business acumen and analysis skills, including written communication and presentation development for an executive audience

Reporting to Collibra's Senior Field Analytics Manager, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will learn the Sales data landscape and work directly with stakeholders to deliver ad-hoc reporting 
  • Within your third month, you will deliver consistent and trusted analytical support to stakeholders, develop critical data pipelines for scalable reporting, and create data models for advanced Sales analytics
  • Within your sixth month, you will promote self-service analytics and deliver predictive analytics and insights to stakeholders to drive strategic business outcomes
