Strategic Growth Deal Desk Analyst

| Greater NYC Area

The Deal Desk Analyst will be part of the Sales Operations team as the point person responsible for the day to day operational support of the Strategic Growth (sales) team. This person will be the voice & personality behind building and managing a world class support system to help enable sales excellence across process, systems, and business reporting.

This person will own the Sales Operations customer service function and ensure that our Strategic Growth team is equipped to generate net-new revenue effectively.

 Our ideal candidate will thrive in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment, and will be comfortable working and communicating with multiple business and technical teams.

 At Compass, You Will:

  • Lead all sales support nationally for a team of 60+ salespeople
  • Partner with our sales team work through offer strategy & deal construction
  • Create a brand new support system to help our sales team achieve their objectives
  • Serve as concierge to effectively field incoming requests from our Strategic Growth Team and use a solutions-driven mindset to expediently resolve requests
  • Collaborate on vital strategic planning & execution with sales & growth leadership
  • Constantly iterate and improve our sales support processes and effectively keep the organization abreast of improvements
  • Supplement trainings on Salesforce, sales processes & best practices, as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • B.A. or B.S.
  • 2-3 years of sales support experience
  • Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Continuous desire to improve existing processes
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task & handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
