The Role
LeafLink is seeking an experienced Strategy Analyst to join our team. You will be part of a growing team tasked with analyzing the information needed to strengthen the decision making process at Leaflink. This role will allow you to build relationships with stakeholders across the company to assess the opportunities and risks associated with strategic initiatives. You need to be a self-starter who is comfortable with change, enjoys a very fast pace, and can quickly become a subject matter expert on new within the company
Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation of strategic initiatives
- Create compelling business cases, studies of external competitors and products
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor behavior
- Build data driven models to quantify the impact of proposed solutions or new ideas
- Work with cross-functional teams to reduce analytical blind spots within the organization
- Present results to executive stakeholders and participate in the prioritization of initiatives within the company
Qualifications
- An ability to think strategically, while independently producing actionable analysis and policy recommendations
- Experience building business cases, market research reports and financial models in a fast-paced management consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics and tell compelling data-driven stories to an executive audience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment that requires tenacity to exploit opportunities and a steady demeanor to handle challenges
