Strategy Coordinator
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Strategy Coordinator will primarily support the global Strategy Team with its day-to-day business/team operations while learning what it takes to develop reactive sales materials including Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
This person must be extremely well-organized, flexible, resourceful, personable, scrappy, a go-getter, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a fast-growing and global Strategy Team (which enables the entire Sales organization). The ideal candidate will be comfortable and experienced in managing a wide range of tasks, getting things done, and must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
This is a fantastic growth opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn and thrive within the growing programmatic advertising space, eventually becoming a Sales Strategist or joining the broader organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Maintain the Strategists project queue by region
- Work with Strategists to ensure the sales strategy slide library is updated and with the Design Team to ensure slides have the latest visuals
- Work with Strategists to create, update, and maintain a RFI library
- Update the Strategy Team Confluence page as needed
- Own organization and process for Dropbox folders for all regions
- Own Strategy Team monthly newsletter including compiling updates, organizing content, and drafting the newsletter
- Assist with team meetings and summits including managing the logistics and scheduling
- Learn and become well-versed in The Trade Desk platform
- Develop basic media plans and decks
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university
- 0-1 year of experience in a coordinator or similar type of role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start a career in the media / ad tech space or someone who has spent a year or less in the industry (i.e. at an ad network, exchange, DSP, agency)
- Interest in technology and aptitude to learn new tech quickly
- Interest in becoming a Sales Strategist or joining the team longer-term
- Solid experience in PowerPoint, Word, Excel (MS Office) and becoming an expert with other platforms such as Dropbox, JIRA, Confluence
- Must be detail-oriented and possess outstanding organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Be flexible and be able to support a global team across different time zones (US, EMEA, APAC)
