Supply Chain Planning Analyst - Platform Operations

The Role
Thirty Madison’s mission is to make specialized care and treatment accessible to everyone. As we continue to expand our current offerings and launch new therapeutic areas in more complex conditions, expanding the supply planning capabilities will have a meaningful impact on ensuring that the maximum number of people have access to care from Thirty Madison.
We are looking for a detail oriented and highly motivated team member to help us grow the Supply Chain capabilities. This role will have direct responsibility over maintaining appropriate inventory levels across our multiple brands and product offerings. Serving as a key thought partner on supply and inventory planning and working cross functionally as well as serving as the key point of contact for external supply partners. This role reports directly to the Manager, Supply Chain & Operations.
Some things you will work on:
- Manage open replenishment Purchase Orders and coordinate new orders as needed
- Partner with Suppliers to coordinate Purchase Order deliveries
- Proactively work with DTC and Retail contacts to plan inventory needs accordingly
- Lead supply portion of S&OP process, identifying key risks and inventory forecast
- Identify work flows required to improve supply planning process and assist with data integrations
- Track and reconcile PO deliveries and invoices with suppliers
You should have:
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or Finance preferred
- 2-3 years experience in planning or supply chain management required
- Experience with ERP and planning systems - Anaplan experience a plus
- Exceptional Excel skills required
- Meticulous individual who is comfortable with detailed data management
- Effective prioritization skills
- Experience managing multiple Items at both International and Domestic Suppliers
- Possess strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, innovative thinking and vision
