ABOUT THE ROLE

Happy Money is on the hunt for a brand new Vice President of Analytics and Business Strategy! We’re looking for an experienced people leader who inspires their team members to do their best work and have a high impact on business outcomes. Our ideal candidate has held positions of influence in the past - regularly interacting with Executives, Department Leaders, and External Partners. You have an Agile, KPI driven approach that’s highly experimental. We strongly believe in having a growth mindset, our perfect person is someone who enjoys finding opportunities to continue to learn and grow.

The Risk and Analytics function at Happy Money is growing and this person will be helping drive the charge. If you are adverse to change, this role may not be the best fit for you, given priorities do frequently shift in our fast-paced environment. This person will be responsible for several groups within the Analytics department and we have more plans to scale. The groups you’ll be responsible for are Credit Policy, Pricing, Capital Partners, and general Business Analytics functions.

ABOUT YOU

• 12+ years of experience in an Analytics role where you’ve moved up the ranks
• 5+ years of experience working for or closely with financial institutions
• 5+ years of people leadership experience on a rapidly growing team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Agile processes, KPI’s, A/B testing
• Experience working closely with non-technical functions and leaders

• Experience working in Fintech or with Startups 
• Experience managing remote teams
