What You’ll Do

  • Lead development of cutting-edge analytics products, technologies, and methodologies used by client services teams to help healthcare clients target, measure and optimize cross channel marketing campaigns
  • Master Crossix proprietary technology and analytics methodology
  • Ideate, define, and roadmap new product opportunities
  • Lead methodology improvements for existing analytics product offerings
  • Lead team of analysts and software developers in designing, testing, and rolling out technology improvements
  • Expand standard and custom report methodologies
  • Support senior leadership in new business initiatives
  • Utilize relevant background to develop world class subject matter expertise in leading creation of data products for healthcare marketing analytics
  • Provide expert support to client services teams on new product offerings and unique client challenges
  • Communicate with client and partner teams
  • Primary point of contact for key partners and vendors
  • Lead methodology, technical, and analytics focused client conversations
  • Oversee internal training and launch materials for analytics technology enhancements and methodology
  • Manage a dynamic team of product managers, analysts, and developers

What You’ve Done

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, able to seamlessly navigate technical, analytical, and business audiences
  • 10+ years of related experience, including working with large datasets and familiarity with statistical principles
  • Experience with analyzing and working Rx, medical claims, and EHR data a big plus
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Proven experience in development of data and technology products
  • Proficient in SQL and at least 5 years’ experience working with statistical packages. Proficiency in R and/or Python statistical packages a major plus
  • Experience with practical application of predictive modeling (logistic regression, random forest, neural networks, etc.) especially at an organization level a big plus
  • Proven hands on programming experience
  • Statistics/mathematics/engineering master's degree or above a plus
  • Demonstrable experience and strong desire to lead product and/or analyst teams
  • Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry and Rx data analysis experience, a big plus
  • Experience with some combination of CRM, business analytics, pharmaceutical marketing, digital marketing strategy, web analytics a plus
  • Ability to scale big data platforms a plus
  • Start-up experience a plus
