VP Analytics Sales
We’re looking for a VP, Analytics Sales to grow and develop a team of platform sellers and drive the execution of our platform sales strategy. In partnership with the CEO and peer Sales Leaders, you will support the integration of our emerging data platform solutions into a cohesive company sales strategy that emphasizes the value proposition within the broader set of Yieldmo offerings. The ideal candidate has strong sales leadership skills and a track record in building and scaling strategies that deliver growth results against aggressive business targets. You bring an expertise in selling to brands and agency leaderships, building organizational structure and processes, developing meaningful value propositions, and holding your business to the highest performance and accountability standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- A road warrior eager to drive new products to market educating brand advertisers and their agency leadership on the value of Yieldmo’s data platform solutions.
- Mentor, develop, and support your team in taking emerging products and our strong suite of offerings to market.
- Support the development of our platform solutions sales strategy, developing the winning sales plan and driving product positioning and value proposition in the marketplace
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of cross-vertical sales opportunities with a focus on strategic accounts
- Leverage your deep relationships at brands and agency leadership to drive Yieldmo’s strong position in the marketplace and create new business opportunities
- Manage relevant client relationships and recommend program solutions to facilitate increased cross selling
- Provide business development and thought leadership through opportunity identification to grow new business, driving new capabilities and incremental business success
- Own and provide market leadership to platform sales team, serving as subject matter expert throughout the full sales cycle
- Become an expert on Yieldmo's data platform with a deep understanding of its functionality, features and impact for clients
- Pulse on the changing industry, and feed that knowledge to internal stakeholders to bolster opportunities that will grow the business through product innovation and identified customer needs
- Use problem-solving and analytical skills to determine how to maintain client satisfaction and deliver results
- Evangelize Yieldmo in the marketplace, and the overall importance of data platforms solutions as a key component in strategy
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:
- 10+ years of SaaS/Technology sales experience, preferably selling data or analytics to brand advertisers (Saas/adtech preferred), pitching to AVP-level and above
- Proven and effective team leader with a passion for creating winning sales team as evidenced by quota achievement and territory growth
- Successful track record hiring and leading teams selling SaaS solutions in the adtech space
- Extensive experience selling into global strategic accounts with a strong track record of negotiation and closing
- Expertise in prospecting, cross-selling and developing relationships with C-level executives
- Strong solution selling skills with the ability to demonstrate strong product knowledge
- Ability to establish clear value propositions via excellent communication skills in these forms: customer conversations; company and product presentations; written communications such as email and proposals
