Vimeo is looking for a leader to provide direction and guidance to Vimeo’s Business Intelligence team. This person should have a strong quantitative and business background with previous experience in building, growing, and leading a team of Business Intelligence analysts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a bias for action and results, and is a capable communicator to business partners across the organization.

What you’ll do:

• Grow and develop a first-in-class team of BI analysts to support all business verticals’ reporting and dashboarding needs
• Manage workload of BI analysts who partner with individuals across departments
• Collaborate with our Data Engineering teams to ensure the creation and maintenance of high-quality aggregated data sets from unstructured raw data to efficiently address product and business questions
• Partner with our Data Governance team to ensure data and reporting compliance
• Own adoption of BI tools and solutions throughout the company

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

• 10+ years in a Data Analytics / Business Intelligence role with prior leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and produce tangible results
• Strong analytical skills, data sensibility, and an inclination to educate
• Experience with Looker, Salesforce and Product data and Large data sets (terabyte scale)
• Competence and desire to present to business partners with varying technical backgrounds

Bonus points:

• Knowledgeable of data governance and compliance standard methodologies is a plus
• SaaS (specifically subscription) metrics and cohort modeling is strongly preferred
