We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Strategy and Operations Analyst. This role will be instrumental in supporting the strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) for our D/Cipher organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and refining the strategic roadmap and business objectives for D/Cipher.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive growth and scalability.
- Monitor and track KPIs related to business performance, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain program management frameworks to ensure effective execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem solver with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in strategy consulting, finance, operations, or program management is a plus but not required.
Hybrid 3x a week - NYC
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
