Roman is looking for an Art Director to shape the vision of brand marketing campaigns. This role will sit within Ro’s Marketing team and will report to the Creative Director. In collaboration with the Creative Director, you will be responsible for the development, presentation, and creation of creative concepts and visual assets across all channels. The Senior Art Director will collaborate closely with Ro’s internal creative team, Creative Director, the VP of Marketing, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners.
Who are you? Great question. You are, chiefly, someone that has boundless enthusiasm for creative ideation. You live for dreaming up ideas and are a prolific creative problem solver. You have solid experience crafting integrated campaigns, and a track record of bringing ideas from conception, to working with writers on scripting, to setting a memorable look and feel, to working with production partners to realize a compelling final result. You can proactively take an idea and assemble the right teams, both internally and externally, to pull it off.
You are passionate about the work that you do and bring a strong creative point of view to every project you touch–no matter the scale. You are deeply invested in understanding the impact that your creative has on the audience you are speaking to and your strong attention to detail delivers against KPIs -- if a campaign performs well you push the creative further and if a campaign falls short you work with key stakeholders to understand why. Collaboration is in your DNA and you are a proactive communicator that provides clarity in a fast-paced environment.
This role will play an integral part in positioning Ro and its brands as leaders in the healthcare industry.
