As our Art Director, you will bring a level of creative excellence, design experience and excitement to our newly launched brand ad campaigns with the goal to increase conversion, drive both leads and sales and see our new brands thrive in their markets!
In this role, you will translate brand style guidelines into static and animated advertisements. You will have ownership and stewardship of the Redesign Health presentation deck archive and templates. You will also manage creative assets across the brand portfolio (style guides, logos, color palettes, photo assets, graphics).
You will report to and work with the Director of Brand Design at our New York City headquarters. This role is 100% remote until the end of March 2021 (tentative date).
What you'll do:
- Ad Design
- Create the initial go-to-market ad campaigns for our brand launches.
- Become well versed in digital ad concepting and execution.
- Presentation Design
- Take ownership of presentation design for new brand launches.
- Oversight of the archive of Redesign Health portfolio presentations.
- Support of Brand Development
- Assist the Director of Brand Design and his team of contractors in the development of new brands.
What you'll need:
- Background
- Bachelor's in art, design, film, marketing or similar degree.
- Understanding of the design process as it relates to digital advertising and production.
- A working knowledge of producing animation, editing video and retouching photos.
- A portfolio of engaging digital design and advertising work.
- Skills
- Ad design whiz, animation savvy, photo retouching champ, typographer in your sleep.
- Action Oriented: You readily take action on challenges, without unnecessary planning and display a can-do attitude in good and bad times.
- Communicate Effectively: You are effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.
