The Role

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Junior Designer to join our growing design team! The role will work collaboratively across marketing, brand, and product to design compelling content. We are looking for a proactive and motivated candidate with proven design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of digital channels.

The Designer will be responsible for a range of content, and help to build Seated’s brand voice and messaging.

What you’ll do:

• Concept and design digital ads, emails, social posts, and out-of-home campaigns.
• Work closely with the team lead and head of design to concept shoots and work with photographers to art direct photography for campaigns, web and app content, and social.
• Compose performance-focused design aimed at hitting key performance metrics.
• Work cross functionally with Marketing, & Growth teams to deliver original creative solutions that exceed business objectives, excite users and grow the brand.
• Work within Seated’s existing brand guidelines, but also help to push and evolve our visual language.

What you’ll bring

• 1–3 years of relevant design experience.
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating your passion for simple, intuitive, and beautiful design, including examples of work that drove results, typography, color, imagery, and graphics, and video (animation and live action video editing).
• Email experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across the organization.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment and successfully deliver on multiple projects at once.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Fluency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch. Bonus points for After Effects and Premiere experience.
• Optimistic with a can-do attitude.
