Brand Designer
We're building the foundation of a strong creative department and are looking to hire folks to round out and complement the existing team. Following the Covid-19 pandemic, the business is growing quickly and the creative needs are expanding with it. From brand marketing campaigns to partnership creative to sponsorship activations and creative productions, there's no shortage of projects. Under the direction of the Creative Director, this person will contribute to and own these initiatives.
What you'll do
- Work with the Creative Director and team to transform concepts into visual executions that articulate the SeatGeek brand and deliver on business needs
- Help shape and grow SeatGeek's new brand identity across multiple channels
- Build design systems for marketing channels that can scale for growth
- Collaborate with members of the marketing team to help create branded content for each channel, blending brand identity with channel needs
- Design an array of digital and print assets including campaign concepts, emails, banner ads, OOH print ads, experiential and app content
- Own projects from kickoff through completion, presenting your work to the Creative Director and Marketing stakeholders; incorporate feedback into thoughtful final assets
- Ensure that all projects are delivered in our distinct brand voice and in a timely manner
What you have
- 3-6 years of graphic design experience at an agency or start-up
- Strong conceptual thinking abilities with a digital background
- Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite and have a keen understanding of design principles and current web technologies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage work while adhering to critical timelines
- Passion about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and campaigns, and ideally, passionate about live events to help bring the core of our brand to life
- The ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming feedback and collaboration
- A strong portfolio to back-up your work experience
- Ideal to have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, but not required if sufficient experience and portfolio exists
