The Role
The Brand & Graphic Designer is a newly created role that will be utilizing outstanding creative skills and technical expertise on a daily basis while supporting the brand guidelines. You will be tasked with supporting a brand refresh and also helping the marketing team accelerate customer acquisition to put AB Tasty on the map globally. This role requires someone who is obsessed with crisp design, has technical expertise (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge), and the enthusiasm to take the AB Tasty brand to the next level.

We are a newly formed team and are laser focused on building brand awareness to the US market. This is just the beginning of great things for the team! We have a wide mix of past experience, leveraging our differences to grow as a team. The marketing team partners closely with others, especially with sales. As we add new members our momentum continues to drive additional success and positive impact for AB Tasty.

Skill Set
- Align with AB Tasty core values: customer satisfaction, agility, team spirit, enthusiasm, kindness
- Graphic design expert
- Experience in building brand guidelines and rolling them out within an organization
- Experience using the full Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (required), Premiere and After Effects
- Strong technical skill: HTML/CSS/JS knowledge, front end developer expertise, and content management system familiarity
- Ability to judge if a message or content piece is on brand and make necessary edits
- Video editing would be preferred
- Experience in building landing pages and micro-sites to capture traffic and leads in digital marketing programs
- Excellent understanding of the overall digital marketing ecosystem: search engine marketing and optimization, display and retargeting, analytics, SEO tools and best practices across these channels
- Excellent copywriting skills and building on-brand campaigns
- Knowledge of Pardot or similar email automation systems
- Ability to control best practices regarding a brand
- Exceptional and effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and presence
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to legally work in the US (sponsorship not available)
What you'll do
- Support the construction of the brand guidelines aligned with AB Tasty’s value proposition
- Support the refresh of the branding and continue to improve AB Tasty’s brand appeal globally
- Ensure the brand elevates the awareness of AB Tasty
- Actively support the AB Tasty brand for the company globally
- Build the brand framework and refresh sales support materials: look & feel, icons, website, emails, PowerPoints, case studies, newsletters
- Be a brand keeper within the organization
- Partner and communicate effectively with the marketing teams globally to ensure an organized brand roll out on all our digital properties
- Support digital marketing campaigns and programs in the Americas to support sales to reach revenue goals
- Be a daily business partner for the America’s marketing team
- Build appealing landing pages and micro sites to significantly improve conversion rates
- Partner with content marketing to build compelling content to drive leads and awareness
- Support the look and feel of the website while supporting strategies to increase traffic and improve lead conversions
- Develop and implement tests at a rapid pace
- Oversee outside agencies/contractors as needed
- Manage monthly reporting, tracking workload, and report metrics/updates appropriately
