Marketing Designer (Internal)

The Marketing team at Work & Co is responsible for building our presence and awareness among leaders in design, technology, and product development functions across industries. The Marketing Designer will work closely with marketing and new business teams to drive the visual presentation of Work & Co in the world — ranging from our website, thought leadership, and event collateral to presentations and client pitches. You should share a love for Work & Co’s unique brand, as you will be part of the team that helps bring our brand to life across channels and touchpoints.
What You Can Expect to Do
- Presentation deck design: speaking presentations, proposal/pitch documents
- Design of content pieces: white papers, thought leadership, reports, email newsletter
- Asset development: case study visuals, headshots, social media posts
- Event collateral: signage, RSVP pages, branded/printed materials
- Ensure visual brand consistency and coherency as we update and grow Work & Co channels: website visual updates, social media assets, event sites, newsletter, internal sites/resources
- Create the design templates and toolkits that enable us to continue to improve and be more effective and efficient
What we’re after
- 2-4 years experience as a designer for marketing and sales teams
- Comfortable with both digital and print design
- Expert in Keynote
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS and designing in code
- Experience with digital marketing tools is a plus: Mailchimp, CMS editors (both WYSYWYG like Statamic and component-driven like Contentful), Eventbrite/Splashthat, Salesforce
- Deadline-driven and comfortable with re-prioritizing as new projects arise
- Great at taking direction and executing — you will work directly with the marketing & new business teams as well as get feedback from leadership across disciplines
