Role
Creative Director, Copy manages both the creative direction of the Candid brand and the career paths of our creative talent, making sure no talent goes to waste and the work is always the best we can produce. CD,C is a crazy-talented person who creates original concepts, marketing campaigns and creative production directly influencing the bottom line of the business by connecting with patients on an emotional level. CD,C oversees multiple projects from concept through execution. Team leadership and motivation skills are absolutely essential for the role, which heads up the conceptual discipline for the creative team.
What You'll Do
- In partnership with the Chief Creative Officer, establish vision and direction for our brand, our creative team, and our creative work
- Ensure all projects adhere to our consumer experience design principles
- Develop original design concepts, oversee multiple projects through execution, and help lead a team of creatives
- Collaborate deeply with marketers, designers, data experts, and technologists to create experiences people love
- Develop the creative team in a purposeful way in order to increase their competence, confidence and capability to make significant contributions to Candid
- Lead the creative team to achieve business results by selecting the right talent, getting the most out of each team member, leveraging the positive power of people working together, and creating team confidence and enthusiasm
- Be the final word for all words, signing off on all publicly facing copy
