This role is remote, with one required visit to your designated home office per quarter.
Remote option is available for employees located in the following states; AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MS, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, TN, WA, WV, and Washington D.C. (States subject to change at any time)

What You Will Do:

• Lead the design initiative and instill best practices in product delivery
• Gather and evaluate user requirements with Product Managers and UX Researchers
• Design end-to-end user experiences through collaboration, design thinking, and prototyping
• Communicate high-level ideas through journey maps, user flows, etc.
• Deliver wireframes, mockups, design specs and final assets for implementation
• Keen attention to detail to deliver quality design work for responsive web, app and kiosk products
• Ability to interpret and analyze user research and insights
• Comfortable conducting customer interview

What You Will Need:

• 3+ years as a UI/UX Designer
• 2 years of professional digital design experience
• Knowledge of design systems
• Experience with native mobile and responsive web apps and design guidelines
• Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA or similar project management tool(s)
• Proficient with key software packages such as Figma, Adobe CS, Microsoft suite
• Must be able to work collaboratively and enjoy the process of design review
• Committed to meet deadlines and must be able to manage multiple projects
• You will need to successfully complete a background and drug screen

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
• Regular attendance in the office
