BentoBox is seeking a Design Operations Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Design Ops, this person will be instrumental in streamlining the day-to-day operational workflow between the design team and other departments. This is a great entry-level role with opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup!

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day task distribution, adhering to Design Ops management methods
• Regularly audit Design Ops efficacy through analyzing the Design team’s productivity; suggest improvements where necessary
• Work with Sr. Manager of Design Ops to plan and define the workflow and timeline of large-scale projects, setting and maintaining expectations by keeping stakeholders informed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparts within the Customer Success and Marketing teams
• Champion the Design Team: all decisions are executed through the lens of how they benefit the team as a whole
• Be a definitive expert of the BentoBox platform and its design capabilities
• Procure monthly roundup of notable designs to be distributed to the company
• General operational and organizational tasks relating to design assets and project management
• Uphold BentoBox’s core mission, vision and values
• Note: Remote applicants must be willing to work East Coast hours (9:30am - 6:30pm EST)

Skills and Attributes

• Well-versed or interested in web design terminology, infrastructure and best practices
• Highly energetic and ambitious. Excited to give 150% every day to help build a massive company
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Smart, meticulous, self-motivated, quality-focused; adept at both identifying and solving problems as they arise
• Supernaturally organized and detail-oriented
• High competency working with web-based technologies (e.g. Asana, Google Docs, Jira)
• Strong multi-tasker who can easily manage numerous projects at once
• Passionate about the restaurant industry and helping owners and operators thrive in a digital world
