Use strong communication skills (verbal and written) to work closely with our Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Product Analysts, Copywriters, and Designers to define the best approach to a problem. Masterfully tell interesting stories through designing rich data visualizations and interfaces. Pivot between contributing to high-level product decisions – and understanding the low-level implications of those discussions. Managing the end-to-end design of the enterprise B2B products, including information architecture, interaction design, and visual design details. Establish and reinforce consistent design patterns. Oversee the creation of simplified documentation for the task at hand, ranging from a sketch on a whiteboard to an annotated mockup that a developer can use to increase efficiency. Give and solicit feedback from fellow team members in order to constantly raise the bar and increase productivity.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Computer Information Systems, Multimedia Studies, Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field, plus 2 years of experience working on all phases of product design for web or mobile application features (including requirement gathering, analysis, planning, and testing). Must also have the following: 2 years of professional experience creating product design initiatives from inception to deployment (including competitive research, user research, user testing, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, animations, high-fidelity designs, specs, asset delivery, and user assurance testing (UAT)); 2 years of professional experience gathering data from user testing to produce data-driven concepts and user flows; 2 years of professional experience producing interactive prototypes and animations for the purpose to communicate transitions and functionality to developers; 2 years of professional experience developing product design mockups and designing systems that can be used to build software applications using Adobe Creative suite; 1 year of professional experience creating product design mockups and to design systems using Sketch, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite; 1 year of professional experience demonstrating the functionality of software application features using prototyping tools (including Invision, Figma or Principle); 1 year of professional experience collaborating with software engineers on product designs for software applications.
