Your role and impact

As a Digital Designer, on our growing Product Team, you'll work alongside our Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to improve and add new features to the Workplace platform.

Our ideal candidate is thorough and proactive, always willing to suggest ideas and new ways of working better. You’ll be involved in the entire process from brainstorm to launch of new features. And, you'll be able to apply user-centered designs across Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, and our web applications used by more than 20,000 people.

You should be comfortable presenting your ideas and designs, as well as be able to receive feedback and revise your designs strategically. You’re excited to learn about new design tools, you’re proud of going the extra mile in your work, and look for ways to work smarter in the team. You should be able to think strategically and be able to use those skills to help improve the security of our system and put forward designs that make our customers more productive.

This position is based in New York City and you will report to the VP of User Experience.

Your responsibilities 

Writing and strategic thinking:

  • Brainstorm new features
  • Help define user stories and flows
  • Sketch out designs and create information architecture docs
  • Talk to clients and people inside our organization to validate your designs

 Design user interfaces for:

  • Mobile (Android and iOS, phone and tablet)
  • Our Windows and Mac applications
  • Icons and illustrations (a plus)

Qulaifications 

  • An online portfolio
  • Strong prioritization and communication skills
  • Experience using Sketch or desire to learn
  • 3 + years of experience
