  • You’re rigorous and responsible. We often have tight deadlines to respond to big opportunities, so you’ll need to help set expectations on when you can deliver your work.
  • You care about workflow. You look for ways to streamline production to simplify tasks, make things more scalable without sacrificing quality.
  • You are patient and generous. You can help share your knowledge of Graphic Design and production with others who do not share your background. You can help others understand your needs and the considerations you make in your work.
  • You can balance collaboration with autonomy. You’re a team player who takes ownership of your piece of the puzzle.
  • You’re organized and dependable. You’ve grouped and named your layers. Your file names make sense and have version control. Your projects are packaged, linked, and you’re rarely hunting for files or sources.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and at least some internship experience
  • A strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere)
  • A strong working knowledge of Google Presentation, PowerPoint and Keynote

An Insider's view of Yieldmo

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

As a working mom with a long commute, it's imperative to work at a company that supports flexible working arrangements. After discussing the need with my manager, he expressed full support and confidence in my ability to produce stellar results even from home! Yieldmo delivers on its promise to put people first and trusts results the will follow.

Sue

Senior Sales Director

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

Processing and analyzing billions of data points each month requires us to have our finger on the pulse of multiple teams within Yieldmo. We collaborate in real-time via Slack and our office setup makes it easy to swing by someone's desk. We also have recurring cross-functional stands ups as well bi-weekly All Hands company meetings.

Indu

VP, Data Architecture

What makes someone successful on your team?

Success on my team belongs to the curious self-starter. The landscape is constantly changing and creative problem solving is a key skill when you rarely encounter the same issue twice. You have to love digging into the "why" and "how" of everything. Success on this team rises and falls on continuous learning and collaboration.

Dan

SVP, Growth Partnerships

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

I keep an open office hour that anyone in the company can attend, once a month. This is my time made available to the whole company, and is optional, with no agenda. Anyone in the company can ask me anything, dig into any area they're unclear about or have questions about, and bring any suggestions or concerns they have directly to me.

Eric

Chief Product Officer

What projects are you most excited about?

I'm most excited about Yieldmo's newest DEI initiatives! We truly encourage people to bring their full selves to work (whether that's in person or remote!) and this has sparked diverse thought leadership. Yieldmo fosters a creative, collaborative environment in which it's easy to make new friends while also learning something new everyday!
