We’re looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and driven Graphic Designer to join us at Studio We — The We Company’s in-house, brand creative agency — the team responsible for how the We Company brands are brought to life. 

This role will be a creative member of our WeWork’s Ventures & Innovation team supporting Executive projects. You will be focused on designing transformative presentations and communication tools for our audiences and partners to support WeWork's community-impact driven initiatives, strategic partnerships, sustainability programs, and special projects. Collaborating with other team members such as copywriters, photographers, designers, producers and cross-functional teams at HQ and around the world, this role will help create world class creative while empowering the business to fulfill our company mission.

What You'll Do:

• Work with senior executive leadership on the creation of strategic visual creative materials across all communications mediums (presentations, emails, promotional content, partnerships, events, and more)

• Support the development of original design concepts and expressions for campaigns and sales marketing

• Partner with copywriters and creative teammates to concept and execute best-in-class creative solutions, serving as creative lead on select projects and initiatives

• Approach all work through a strategic lens, advocating for design thinking and process

• Tackle complex problems with clear, distinctive creative solutions that enhance WeWork’s unique offerings

• Manage your personal workflow, schedule, and deadlines

What You Should Have:

• 4+ years experience at a creative agency or in-house at a design-led brand. Bonus points for B2B, product-driven organization, real estate, or architecture firm experience.

• Excellent presentation design skills in both Google Slides and Microsoft Powerpoint

• A strong portfolio showcasing strengths in visual storytelling, presentation design, type, editorial, and a refined finesse across digital and print channels

• Experienced eye for art direction and photo editing

• Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter 

• Clear and effective written and verbal communicator, with experience presenting to senior creative leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related visual communications field
