The designer will be a key member of WeWork’s North American and Israel (USCI) marketing team, focused on designing transformative sales and marketing experiences for WeWork’s key segments. 

About you: you are passionate about simplifying the complex into compelling graphics. You are extremely detail-oriented and known for flawless execution. You love collaborating with storytellers from all backgrounds to visually communicate the WeWork mission and product offering.

Your day-to-day:

  • Expertly execute a range of marketing-communications design projects, from upper funnel “advertising” print and outdoor to sales support materials including presentations, brochures, infographics, digital experiences including Splash microsites and emails. Your focus will be detailed design and production work to help bring concepts to life through.

  • Partner with external copywriters and design teams to support best-in-class creative work.

  • Honing your design and strategic thinking skills.

  • Tackle complex problems with creative, “uniquely we” ideas that enhance our offerings.

  • Manage personal workflow, schedule, and deadlines.

Job requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of experience at a creative agency or in-house at a design-led brand. B2B/Real Estate collateral/design background a bonus but not necessary.

  • Bonus points for experience in illustration and data visualization / information design

  • A strong, dynamic portfolio showcasing strengths in typography, design systems, visual storytelling, presentation design, and a refined finesse across digital and print channels

  • Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communicator, experienced in presenting to senior creative and strategic leadership

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related visual communications field

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Google Drive (Google Slides)

  • Bonus points for front-end development experience.

Our headquarters in NYC sits in Chelsea, but our growing tech team works from our SoHo, Chelsea, and Greenwich Village offices.
