About the team
The Design Team is comprised of a multidisciplinary group that is a central function within Harry's. The Design Team is responsible for all aspects of physical design, be it razor design, ISM, packaging, and much more. We work closely with one another and our cross-functional teams to create elevated experiences through well-crafted objects. We all genuinely love what we do and sweat the details. We are looking for talented, creative, and humble designers who love what they do and are looking to push the boundaries.
About the role
The ISM design role will help to lead the design of all in-store fixtures and packages across the Harry’s Inc. ecosystem. A passion for design is a must. As mentioned above, the team is responsible for all physical goods created across all brands. As an ISM designer, you are an essential one-stop shop, able to handle all the unique briefs that come throughout the company. We want someone to help push us into the forefront of store fixtures and bring a wealth of ideas to the table. We pride ourselves on setting the pace for ISM and need help evolving our superior design.
We are a group of small brands but with an extensive reach, and this role will focus on execution for our growing in-store merchandising business sector. You will be working closely within the internal design team, our retail team, global distribution and sourcing team, and multiple suppliers to make sure we create the best product possible.
What you will accomplish
- Create bold and captivating ISM displays representing the greater Harry's brands and set us apart from the rest of the industry.
- Work closely with our store design team and graphics team to lead the design and development of all store displays to ensure we maintain the design intent.
- Explore and bring new ideas, structures, materials, and processes to help evolve our capabilities.
- Improve and own procedures that will identify pain points and create solutions that will help streamline development.
- Create solid relationships with both our internal partners and external partners to champion our brands.

- Speed and Volume - We work on a lot of projects, quickly. We’ve built the team to handle projects for existing and new channels, including international clients. You will need to be proficient in the tools and be a quick study to learn our ISM processes to deliver projects at a high rate. You are an expert at Solidworks, Keyshot and the Adobe suite.
- Flexible and Resilience - From time to time you may need to jump onto non-ISM related projects to help support the Industrial Design lead. You will need to quickly pivot to meet the needs of the many projects we have here.
- Improve Always - The retail market moves quickly and asks that we adapt to change often. You are the kind of person who welcomes feedback and is energized to iterate.

- You are working with the Greater design team which includes our graphics team, store design team, production team and design operations team.
- The brand team, retail team, global distribution and sourcing team and external suppliers.
