Are you a technology enthusiast? Are you passionate about customer experience? As a Junior Instructional Designer, you will help provide customers with easily accessible and user-friendly educational materials.

Our team provides technical training and certification for all of our customers, partners, and employees. A key component of this role is improving the customer experience starting from when a customer is interested in booking training, to their pre and post training experience, and continued learning, as needed. You will work with our team to develop various materials including course descriptions and agendas, pre-work, study guides, and e-learning videos. We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and tech savvy individual to collaborate with our team to create and give customers access to a plethora of valuable training resources.

Responsibilities Include

• Improving and updating our website
• Creating e-learning videos
• Collaborating with team to develop materials for customer distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Relevant work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented; Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering quality results
• Experience with several design tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Captivate and Flash (or equivalent e-learning tools); audio and video editing software; Adobe Creative Cloud; Adobe Connect; GoAnimate;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) for e-learning distribution, project management, or training delivery is a plus!
