Born and bred in New York City, LeagueApps is the operating system and community for youth and local sports leaders—providing them with the technology and professional network they need to succeed. A fast-growing, venture-backed company, we power thousands of clubs, tournaments, leagues, camps, and facilities with a platform that reaches more than 10 million participants nationwide.

Through our FundPlay program, we donate a percentage of every dollar spent on our platform back to the communities and families that need it. Our goal is to impact 500,000 underserved athletes by 2022. Beyond FundPlay, we advocate for accessibility and equity through PLAYS, a movement we helped launch and lead to mobilize the industry  in spring 2020, and by creating awareness around the systemic issues that keep kids on the bench. About You  

• You’re a visual communicator and brand builder with 2-3 years of experience at a high-growth tech company or agency. 
• You understand that design isn’t just about aesthetics—it has the power to drive business outcomes as well. You know how to take a brief (ie. “communicate the competitive advantage that LeagueApps has over Demosphere”) and turn it into a compelling piece of campaign collateral 
• You know how to partner with stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer success, and product, creating content that meets their needs 
• You have particular experience with website design and are able to think about UX in addition to UI 
• Video editing and animation expertise is a plus! 
• You have a portfolio available for submission

What You’ll Do 

• Contribute to the definition of our visual identity—developing a point of view around photography, iconography, and product presentation, and bringing it to life across the company’s owned and paid channels
• Create collateral and campaigns at every stage of the prospect and customer journey—including but not limited to webpages and landing pages, one pagers, marketing emails, social posts, event collateral, and display ads 
• Work closely with a copywriter to identify opportunities for testing and optimization on leagueapps.com and other channels
