As a Product Designer working on our Money Movement and Identity team, you create experiences that empower and protect our customers to safely access, onboard, and build wealth with Stash. You are passionate about connecting the dots between UXR and UX -- a craftsperson who pursues pixel-perfect design and can balance speed and quality. You will partner with other designers to develop amazing user experiences that reimagine, innovate, and redefine the financial space. What You’ll Do

• Design frictionless identity and money movement experiences that customers love.
• Champion user-centered design and craft.
• Contribute to positive behavior design thinking, ideas, and solutions to help customers develop healthy financial habits.
• Partner across the organization to understand customer’s needs and help define the right problem to solve at the right time.
• Simplify complexity by breaking down tough problems and developing actionable solutions. 
• Design end-to-end experiences using patterns that fit into a larger design system.
• Present work to and collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design.
• Experience working with designers, product management, and engineering. 
• Track record of key contributions to successful programs
