WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work with Senior Manager of Creative Operations to allocate and manage campaign and tactical projects assigned to the creative and content team
- Develop and track timelines for a variety of projects ensuring adjustments are made as needed
- Continue to operate The Trade Desk’s Project Management Tool and provide recommendations on how to improve the process
- Ensure projects are meeting designated timelines and keeping team members on track to hit these dates
- Organize and implement the use of the Digital Asset Management system and tagging infrastructure
- Pull weekly reports of creative team’s output to determine bandwidth and resourcing needs
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Orchestrate and assist in requesting legal sign off for marketing collateral and media
- Identify areas for improvement pertaining to project performance and process
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure clear communication amongst creative team and key stakeholders
WHO YOU ARE:
- 4-6 years of experience in a project management role within a creative/digital agency or in-house creative team setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business or related field
- Strong familiarity with project management best practices and software
- Excellent cross functional communication skills
- Ability to pivot quickly while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and working under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders
- Positive attitude and ready to learn
