WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work with Senior Manager of Creative Operations to allocate and manage campaign and tactical projects assigned to the creative and content team
  • Develop and track timelines for a variety of projects ensuring adjustments are made as needed
  • Continue to operate The Trade Desk’s Project Management Tool and provide recommendations on how to improve the process
  • Ensure projects are meeting designated timelines and keeping team members on track to hit these dates
  • Organize and implement the use of the Digital Asset Management system and tagging infrastructure
  • Pull weekly reports of creative team’s output to determine bandwidth and resourcing needs
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Orchestrate and assist in requesting legal sign off for marketing collateral and media
  • Identify areas for improvement pertaining to project performance and process
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure clear communication amongst creative team and key stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a project management role within a creative/digital agency or in-house creative team setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business or related field
  • Strong familiarity with project management best practices and software
  • Excellent cross functional communication skills
  • Ability to pivot quickly while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and working under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders
  • Positive attitude and ready to learn
