Job Title: Manager - Creative Visual Experience 
Primary Purpose: The Manager – Creative Visual Experience will be responsible for supporting to drive the integrated global visual concepts. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Creative Visual Experience.
Partnering with your Senior Manager, you will support to creatively develop and bring to life the store vm experience for windows, showrooms, pop-ups, in-store take overs & seasonal moments with a focus on 2d elements. It will be critical for this role to build cross functional relationships with VM, VM Production team, Merchandising & Marketing for seasonal storytelling narrative, marketing campaigns and 2D assets.


With the support of your Senior Manager, you will take the colorful energy and playful sophistication of the brand to new heights of imagination, focused on creating a positive new thinking, as a disruptive force to an already successful fashion brand. Key focus is to engage the consumer, drive traffic and continue to build the brand’s relevance and desirability. Applicants must be comfortable and capable of managing multiple projects at a time in various different stages organization and thoughtfully prioritizing is key. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with a vivid imagination, a passion for searching out new perspectives and processes, and an insatiable desire for creative problem solving.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency on the Visual Experience team to…

Windows & In-Store

  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager of Creative Visual Experience in designing and implementing seasonal creative content for mainline and outlet channels in 2D and 3D if relevant.
  • Support in developing compelling creative concepts for windows. Create mood boards, sketches, conceptual mockups, and share multiple concepts prior to final creative landing.
  • Develop creative concepts into production ready art files, technical decks, sku decks, and create final seasonal releases for global partners.
  • Partner with Merchandising team for clear focus on Seasonal Strategies, linking to Fashion and Key buys. 
  • Design to cost as part of process, thru knowledge of materials and value engineering ideation. Partner with 2D + 3D production and Tapestry Production & Procurement teams from development thru production phases, and to successful execution of concept.
  • Ability to understand global nuances and adapt creative according (i.e. store tier, global flagship and core locations)

Seasonal Pop-ups/ Outposts

  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager of Creative Visual Experience in research, exploration and development of creative concepts for all seasonal brand pop-ups, with a focus on 2D elements.
  • Develop technical production files as relevant to final designs for global release.


Showrooms

  • Partner closely with Senior Manager to ideate the creative visual strategy for Showrooms, with a focus on 2d elements.
  • Support with seasonal showroom design across all markets/channels, as needed.
  • Develop technical production files and release decks for showroom creative.


The accomplished invidual will possess…

  • Expert level in Illustrator and InDesign
  • Comfortable with drawing digitally and hand sketching
  • Intermediate level in Photoshop
  • Basic understanding of SketchUp/Rhino a big plus, or willingless to learn
  • Must be comfortable lifting 30 lbs, using ladders on an occasional basis
  • Attend least four overnight installs per year
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Must live within commutable distance of NYC
  • Hybrid remote/in office as needed
