The Marketing team is responsible for driving lead acquisition, client engagement and retention, and general brand awareness. We are seeking a highly-motivated, experienced, and proven Marketing Designer/Illustrator with a desire to grow with our team. The Marketing Designer/Illustrator will work with the broader marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visual designs that drive revenue and brand awareness.

This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

Major Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with broader marketing team to create best-in-class marketing materials
• Design and produce a range of deliverables, including infographics, presentations, brochures, event collateral, websites, microsites and emails
• Understand the technical requirements for producing content for print, web, and social media platforms
• Maintain clean and organized files, folders, and documentation for all projects

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a creative/branding agency or in-house at a design-led brand. B2B experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related visual communications field
• Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter
• Experience with illustration and data visualization / information design preferred
• Proficiency in Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience in web design best practices
• HTML5, CSS, responsive web design, design systems
• Bonus: proficiency with Sketch
