BetterCloud, voted Crain's Best Place to Work for four years in a row, is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Designer to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, the Marketing Designer will work closely with all members of the marketing department. Candidate should have experience and knowledge in graphic design, web design and presentation design. We are looking for a well-rounded designer, with a strong understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color theory.

Responsibilities Include:

• Design and maintain creative elements for digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and display ads
• Create printed marketing collateral including flyers, signage, event materials
• Quickly turn around multimedia assets including GIFs, illustrations, animations, photos and videos
• Drive creation of multiple types of creative content that will assist in B2B sales, marketing, recruiting and internal culture building efforts. These include webinars, sales pitches, executive meeting presentations, and website pages.
• Conceive, design, and produce swag such as t-shirts, hoodies, stickers
• Contribute to the look and feel of the brand and ensure consistency across all of our content and channels

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of design experience
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience with presentation design
• Knowledge in Wordpress, HTML, CSS, Javascript knowledge is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proven ability to take direction, remain organized, communicate effectively and work autonomously
• An ability to receive art direction and feedback fluidly and without trepidation, but the confidence to speak up and voice your opinion while defending your decisions

Nice to have

• Experience creating motion graphics with After Effects and Premiere (or a strong desire to learn)
• Ability to shoot photos and videos
