The Opportunity

As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with the Product team, the Engineering team, and your fellow designers. You will combine research and ideation to provide our users with effective solutions to their complex problems. As a design team, we trust, embrace feedback, and expect sustained high-quality designs. If you align with these values, share their expertise, are proactive and easy-going, you will love the challenges. Also, you will translate wireframes into beautiful, compelling interfaces, and create rewarding experiences for both internal stakeholders and customers.

What You Will Do

• Work in a small team to iteratively improve user interface and user experience
• Take ownership of features from ideation, prototyping and user testing to production
• Deliver user-centered design (including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes) informed by user and market research
• Present your work to stakeholders and customers
• Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive
• Participate in regular design reviews where you’ll seek out specific feedback on your designs and incorporate relevant feedback
• Participate in the development process, working closely with our front-end developers to ensure detailed implementation of your designs
• Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product daily

What You Will Have

• 3 years of professional Product Design experience
• Experience designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, product teams, and business peers.
• Fluent in Figma
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates your abilities

It is Nice if You Have

• Experience with Adobe Suite
• Experience with StoryBook
• Experience with JIRA / Confluence
