WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Execute design projects ranging from customer-facing widget designs to high fidelity UI and visual designs to brand assets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and other Prizeout teams to develop functional designs
• Effectively integrate data into the user experience to inform customer actions within the product
• Interact with both our Brands and Partners to help inform product design
• Maintain holistic and unified aesthetic across the Prizeout Product
• Contribute to marketing design with a willingness to take on other projects such as brand design, graphic design, web animation, etc

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1-3 years of design experience
• Demonstrated understanding of design best practices, with keen attention to detail and thorough attention to big-picture concepts
• Passionate and driven with strong ownership
• Experience with both wireframing + hi-res prototyping, as different steps in the process call for different levels of detail
• Experience designing cross-platform products
• Collaborative approach (egos not required) while maintaining a level of self-starter mentality with a get-it-done approach
• Proficient in design tools (XD) and prototyping tools (as desired)
• Availability to work in New York City (This role is not remote)
