We are looking for a Project Architect / Technical Designer who will work closely with the Real Estate and Design teams to see projects through from beginning to end.

At Domio You Will:

• Work with the Real Estate Team to conduct Due Diligence Reports and produce Test Fits for new properties
• Collaborate with the Design Team to create design packages for internal and external review
• Lead the coordination of all disciplines, including the Architect and Engineer of Record, to produce a coordinated construction document set meeting the requirements of local building codes and ADA
• Report to the Project Manager and assist in carrying out the needs for a specific project
• Work on multiple projects at a time
• Travel 25% of the time for property surveys, site visits, and construction punch lists

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of architecture / design experience
• Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree required
• Licensed architect preferred
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
• Be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Experience in interior commercial or residential construction is preferable
• Experience in all phases of design, from Concept Design to Construction Administration
• Passionate about development and a desire to help grow the community
• Love to think outside the box and explore new ways to execute projects
• Passionate about collaborating and putting out the absolute best work
• Cross-functional communicator: must understand the daily responsibilities and work styles of each team member
• Preferably interested in design and has a creative eye
