Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, Central Region
THE ROLE:
Responsible for optimizing the performance and profitability of our growing network of Showrooms within their region by providing store Teams with training, coaching, support and oversight regarding the merchandising to ensure an exceptional brand experience for our customers. The Regional VM Manager will partner with HQ Leadership to uphold the merchandising standards and implement all new product rollouts as directed. The Regional VM Manager will adapt the information and guides received to the local showroom markets within their region and bring to life the energy, spirit, and innovation of Peloton. A 360 ̊ view of the business must be maintained at all times to ensure a best-in-class showroom experience. The Regional VM Manager must spend 2-3 days of every week in the field at Peloton showrooms.
This role will manage Peloton's showrooms in the central region of the United States and Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use of strong creative skills and strategic thinking to resolve any issue that may arise and to uphold a high standard of excellence in product presentation
- Track sales performance and analyze revenue within your Region to provide feedback, propose more productive strategies, hindsights and innovative ideas to HQ Visual Management
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of all Retail evergreen and campaign signage and window vinyls within your region
- Regularly train and collaborate with teams to ensure the execution of directives and adherence to the VM standards
- Assist in creating VM Guides and documents, sharing information with teams using our internal Retail communications platform
- Lead and participate in VM calls within the Regions and/or North America, which may include photo reviews, directive reviews, calls to action and team engagement exercises
- Ability to build and foster relationships with the Retail teams you support as well as the HQ and Leadership partners
- Develop strong partnerships with the Regional Operations Managers and Regional Sales Managers in the field to drive customer conversions, improve sales and ensure showrooms are always looking their best
- Support the Retail Marketing team with in-store Special Events and Member Engagement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Styling, preferably within a Retail environment
- Strong communication, project management and presentation skills
- Efficiency in or ability to learn Monday.com, a project management platform, to outline and track projects and objectives
- Efficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Efficiency in Google Suite applications
- The ability to manage and track budgets
- Ability to source props and vendors locally
- Ability to travel and work out of stores up to 70% of the time.
