The Freshly Creative Studio is looking for an equally hands-on and conceptual Senior Art Director to join our New York team. As a Senior Art Director, you’d have an opportunity to collaborate with a Senior Copywriter and Creative Director to set the vision for Freshly; driving towards new & experimental ways to elevate our brand. You’d have a chance to work on a diverse set of creative across three different teams; tackling a variety of deliverables for paid social media campaigns, photoshoots, OOH campaigns, product launches and developments on digital product.

Requirements:

  • The role will be pivotal in offering blue sky thinking to the larger company beyond art direction itself.
  • Collaborate and develop assets with a product design team for desktop and mobile app designs. 
  • Collaborate with content producers, video editors, prop stylists, food stylists and talent on longer form content videos.
  • In collaboration with the Creative Director, help set the visual tone through photography and video. 
  • Build creative/production teams and direct the production of ad campaigns. 
  • The main KPI is to produce work that sets the trend within prepared-meal space. 

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Art, Photography or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience - subscription-based brand experience is a major plus
  • Must be able to concept, storyboard, plan and execute video ad campaigns, motion graphics and photography shoots.
  • Must have experience directing creative assets for paid social ads.
  • Must be able to work with Senior Copywriter to produce impactful videos and layouts.
