Senior Brand Designer / Creative Director
Fabric is looking for a highly creative, strategic and experienced Senior Brand Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in graphic design, typography, and brand building, with a portfolio that spans paid + organic social, email, typography, photography, and print
In this role, you will:
- Champion and advocate for the Fabric Brand cross-functionally to further establish, evolve, and uphold the brand throughout all touch points
- Own the growth, evolution and design of all external communications channels, both regarding creative vision and tactical execution to help the team achieve business goals.
- Conceive and own creative projects from concept to completion
- Partner with both the Marketing, Product Design and Engineering teams and create a consistent brand experience spanning all user touch points from initial awareness through user acquisition and ongoing engagement.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Exceptional graphic design skills including solid typography skills
- 10+ years of experience working in-house or at an agency, start-up experience is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management - effectively influence at all levels in the organization to ensure company alignment and collaborative vision.
- Strong conceptual thinking and innate problem-solving skills
- Experience working with and evolving a single brand.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. Experience/familiarity with Figma is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in an agile, dynamic work environment with a start-up mentality (comfortable with risk and self-managing)
- Solid concept, visualization, and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time is required.

Responsibilities include
- In partnership with growth, marketing and brand, understanding the needs of our customers and other design research to inform design choices.
- Ads: Design Facebook, Instagram, affiliate banners, and Google Display ads, landing pages
- Print: Design direct mail pieces, inserts, marketing collateral, and postcards
- Email: Design, and maintain brand standards for visual communication
- Social Media: Design organic and paid social posts.
- Product: Design and provide visual assets as needed
- Ad hoc: Presentation design and company swag
- UI/UX experience or interest is a plus (but not required)
