We're looking for a Senior Designer, Accessories to lead the product design for our quickly expanding range of soft goods. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to have a pivotal role in translating our brand vision into beautiful and thoughtful products. You will report directly to our Director of Product Design and work from our headquarters in Noho, NYC.

REQUIREMENTS

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the design of our growing line of travel soft goods (including evergreen styles and limited edition collaborations), from ideation to commercialization
• Drive our design aesthetic forward intelligently through market research, knowledge of current trends, and collaboration with merchandising, marketing, and data teams
• Create and maintain line plan with cross-functional teams and find opportunities for growth
• Create sketches and tech packs in Adobe Illustrator
• Review and correct samples and lab dips; oversee consistent sample wear-testing
• Maintain a pulse on industry trends, new technologies and innovative products
• Maintain communication with Product Development team and work with factories onsite to refine and perfect our products

You should have:

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Adobe Illustrator proficient (required)
• The ability to own and manage multiple projects at one time
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign and Microsoft Excel a plus
• A portfolio, but more importantly, the ability to talk us through your designs
