In order to deliver this impact, we are seeking a Senior Designer to join our Marketing team in our Brooklyn office. As a Senior Marketing Designer at Prolific, you are a master of your craft and an inspirational leader of your team. You set the bar high for Prolific’s brand and how we position our team from a design perspective, pushing the brand of our growing agency forward, elevating the work of the marketing and sales team to new levels. You enjoy leading the charge on process, tools, and execution; and you can design for any screen.

 Your Responsibilities & Impact

• Work with a cross-functional team of marketers, sales team members, business leaders, and designers to solve problems big and small, through thorough elegant illustrations and masterful designs.
• Help drive the larger brand vision while executing down to the micro-interactions to build a killer brand in the marketplace that meets our business objectives.
• After embodying our style and design philosophy, you’ll own the Prolific brand aesthetic, style, and path forward.
• Lead the design for large projects – like website, social presence, and advertising initiatives – while placing a strong emphasis on innovation and best in class design work
• Push the boundaries of your craft through relentless ideation and prototyping
• Be a leader in your craft and help the Marketing team by exploring/optimizing new workflows, tools, and techniques, and working with the design team to implement what has worked best in our core partner process
• Represent the marketing team in design meetings by speaking to our process and capabilities
• Advocate for design within Prolific as well as the design community through workshops, education, writing and speaking

 Your Skills & Experience

• 2+ years experience as a senior designer, leading design teams to build mobile and web based campaigns at a startup or agency environment, with a stunning portfolio that speaks to your experience. Bonus points if you’ve designed mobile products.
• Mastery of the tools of the trade; including Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision, and at least one major animation tool such as Flinto, Principle, After Effects, etc.
• Design experience that spans both digital and print, including artwork preparation for print and digital
• A strong, dynamic portfolio showcasing strengths in typography, design systems, visual storytelling, campaign concepting and art direction across all mediums
• Proven ability to enhance and integrate new workflows and techniques
• Experience in representing our design approach with business stakeholders such as marketing and sales or senior leadership
• Command over the written, oral, and visual presentation of your work
• A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
