Senior Manager, Creative
The Senior Manager, Creative will oversee and be responsible for Integral Ad Science’s in-house creative services team, which includes two designers and one web developer. This individual will also manage third-party vendor relationships for capabilities that fall outside of the scope and expertise of the in-house team, including print production, swag production, etc.
The qualified candidate will have a passion for modern design that can be translated into the creation of best-in-class print and digital brand and sales marketing executions. This role requires a confident, seasoned designer that will manage the design process from ideation to execution, as well as a clear communication and strong collaborator with regard to both internal and external teams.
What you'll do:
- Partner with marketing and other leaders across the organization to bring powerful messaging, creative strategy and reliable execution to all internal and external campaigns
- Directly supervise direct reports as well as indirect reports and outside suppliers of content, graphic design, videography, photography and printing
- Effectively manage a team of talented creatives to further Integral Ad Science’s standard of creativity, quality and originality while supporting aggressive campaign goals
- Ideate and execute on all sales materials and marketing collateral, including client presentations, new product go-to-market materials, swag, event collateral, digital campaign assets
- Collaborate with event marketing to design and execute trade show participation and exhibits in line with our brand look and feel as well as proprietary event executions
- Partner with other cross-functional teams to deliver eLearning videos, headshots, presentations, etc.
- Serve as onset producer for shoots, managing all scheduling, troubleshooting, and logistics
- Maintain photo library and augment with new photos monthly
- Provide creative direction for digital assets, including the website and social media
- Allocate resources & amp; budget efficiently to ensure campaign are delivered on time and on budget
- Mentor junior designers and review concepts and designs with Marketing Leads prior to final delivery
- Help develop and refine a bold sophisticated visual identity that will inform all communications across multiple channels
- Ensure that all branded output is cohesive, compelling and consistent in look and feel
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of design experience in-house at a brand or agency
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, AfterEffects (added bonus)
- Strong people management skills and ability to effectively work with executives
- Solid branding expertise and art direction
- Strong production management and project management skills
- Experience telling stories using data visualization
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and self-management skills
- Ability to rapidly adapt as business needs change, as well as prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with video filming and editing as well as photography (added bonus)
