Role Description: 

As our first design hire, you will be responsible for owning all aspects of product design. You will collaborate with the product team through all stages of design to ensure an incredible user experience on both our candidate and employer products. You will develop a consistent brand and visual identify for the company.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably at a SaaS startup
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• High level of user empathy
• Exceptional portfolio

Nice to have:

• Early stage startup experience
• Enterprise SaaS experience
• Experience in HR tech or education
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
