Paxful is searching for a Senior Product Designer who is great at problem solving, design reviews, product roadmap and strategy and collaboration to join our Product Team. This role will build out and design both Web and Mobile experiences for Paxful’s products. You will be based out of New York or remotely in the US and report to our UX Director.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:
- Problem Solving: Be a Problem Solver and take new features from ideation into production
- Design Reviews: Participate in regular design reviews where you’ll seek out specific feedback on your designs and incorporate relevant feedback
- Product Roadmap and Strategy: Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering, User Research, and Product
The most important skill and capabilities for this role are:
- An excellent communicator.
- Experience using Figma and other design tools, such as PS or AI
- Understanding of user journeys
- Understanding of E2E design process
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong passion for design
Target Experience:
- 3+yrs of experience in UX/Product Design
- Start up experience in either Fintech or Crypto/Blockchain
