About the Role

Pawp is looking for a Senior Product Designer who is ready to work in a collaborative and iterative environment to help evolve Pawp's current products and build new groundbreaking products. We are looking for a multi-faceted designers with significant experience in build products from end-to-end, idea to launch. This is an opportunity help scale the product and design team and work closely with our super talented Membership and Telehealth Engineering teams to build the absolute best products for pet parents. You will have a tremendous impact on the company and business in this role. You will also work closely with the Chief Design Officer, Product Design Lead, Head of Product, CTO, and Head of Web on strategic decisions which will help shape the company roadmap. You will be constantly thinking of different ways we can make pet's lives better by giving pet parents tools and resources through a design lens.

What You'll do

• Design for different parts of our product from idea to mockups to prototypes to launch
• Collaborate with the product, design, and engineering teams to enhance our design system to help evolve the entire Pawp experience
• Own the product design process on features touching our Member App, Pet Professional App, and Employer Benefits App.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in Figma (or Sketch and willing to make the switch)
• Up-to-date with leading design stack, best practices, and trends
• Demonstrated ability to design products from end-to-end with interface and experience in mind
• Strong ability to speak to design decisions from past work and/or portfolio
• Cross-discipline background or interest in visual/interaction design, UX/UI, branding & identity, and typography
• Expertise in Product Design software (Figma or Sketch)

Nice to Haves

• Experience designing products at scale with product, design, and engineering teams
• Past work on B2C web and mobile apps; bonus for ones involving telehealth, consumer subscriptions, messaging, or video chats
• Motion Graphic Proficiency
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS, Swift
