Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Creative teams to analyze and define the current Boll & Branch site experience.
• Lead and execute all aspects of data-driven design including user research, UX design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Work cross-functionally with the Product and Business Insights Team to define what qualitative and quantitative data will be important at the launch of a project.
• Leverage data and feedback to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with developers to create pixel-perfect designs and seamless experiences across all devices.
• Conduct usability tests to validate design ideas.
• Use, maintain, and continually evolve to our house design systems.
• Be data-driven and have a strong desire to constantly improve the site experience.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of design experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Expertise in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or Zeplin
• Self-directed, goal-oriented personality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that allow you to effortlessly convey complex concepts
• Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals and how to execute them
• Deep knowledge of the latest E-Commerce design trends
• Collaborative, proactive mindset who is comfortable taking the lead on a project or working collaboratively 
• Works well under pressure, managing competing priorities and consistently delivering high-quality work
• Has a passion for branding and home decor
