As a Web Content Writer, you will help the Justworks Marketing team translate our brand voice and business goals into copy for our digital products. You’ll play an integral role in shaping the prospect experience by structuring and creating user-centered content. You possess UX expertise that will be leveraged alongside the Marketing team members and other cross-functional stakeholders in order to develop simple, intuitive experiences. You'll be an expert on our buyer personas, transforming business opportunities, research and creative vision into engaging content tailored to our audiences.
What You Will Work On
- Write strategic, meaningful and persuasive copy that effectively guides users through delightful digital experiences (e.g., landing pages, email, web copy)
- Deliver hands-on copywriting with a UI/UX lens, focused on delivering clear and compelling content that keeps users engaged, while minimizing errors and confusion
- Translate complex product and business information into simple, digestible, external-facing messaging
- Be a steward of our evolving brand voice, tone and style guide, maintaining consistency across channels
- Identify user communication needs and balance those with the brand, business and legal requirements
- Partner with the Product Marketing, Design, Website and other teams to explain products, services and features to end users in an easy-to-understand manner
- Proactively seek to understand the needs of our prospects and research competitors’ user experiences
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in UX/multi-channel copywriting, ideally in the B2B or SaaS space
- Excellent writer and communicator with extreme attention to detail and a strong ability to deliver on deadlines
- Passionate about the part that content and copy play in the prospect and customer journey
- Smart, solid portfolio of samples that show how you think, write and execute consistency and personality in a brand
- Experience with heavily regulated industries, like healthcare or HR, is a big plus
