WHAT YOU’LL DO

• The Senior Designer has a strong understanding of user experience best practices and works closely with UX, Development, and Business Analysts to translate insights and business requirements into intuitive design solutions
• Self-starter with the ability to begin the design of a product or application with light oversight and conceptual direction from design leadership
• Establish design strategy, style, and user interface patterns, and produce high quality design deliverables in the form of design comps, prototypes, storyboards, data visualizations, etc
• Contribute to pitches and presentations with thoughtful storytelling and strong design thinking
• Participate in and contribute to stakeholder workshops and discovery activities
• Create and manage design systems and pattern libraries
• Demonstrate high standards of workmanship, attention to detail, and ability to interpret feedback from design leadership and clients effectively

WHAT YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of experience creating visual design for the digital space
• BFA/BS/BA Graphic Design, Art, Marketing or closely related field
• Strong conceptual thinking, Self-motivated, driven; ability to work independently
• A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation
• Advanced knowledge of relevant industry tools including but not limited to Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (HTML, CSS or JavaScript is a plus)
• Must have the ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communications skills; ability to present work and interface with clients on a regular basis
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
