We are hiring a User Experience & Development. In this role, you will spend 20 hours per week (from hire until October 1, then 40 hours per week) connecting with, engaging, researching, and designing for our users. This role is cross-functional in that it will start off with deep consumer engagement & interaction and transition to a role that is more user research-based within one year. You will spend your time onboarding users onto our product, Synergize Insights, learning their needs through surveys your design, and optimizing our user experience based on your research and surveys. 

We are looking for a candidate who is into user engagement, loves to conduct research, and loves creating tools that help people. You will connect digitally with a ton of our users --so you should see yourself as a part of our front-facing team. So you should be ready to learn and challenge yourself!

Our team is virtual and based in New York City. But we have an office in Newark, NJ (temporarily closed). We don’t have set hours --rather, we focus on milestones. We are open-minded, solutions-driven, and totally into research and data. Be ready to work with a fast-paced team.
