In this role you will:
- Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
- Create a design system for a product suite
- Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving and prototyping experiences for new products
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to human-centered UI experiences
- Present designs to senior management and key cross-team stakeholders for buy-in
- Collaborate daily with product, engineering, and management on current and future initiatives
Your qualifications are:
- 5+ Years of Work Experience as UI Designer in digital environments
- Human-centered design specialization, with an ability to develop and document an understanding of users' pain points, needs and behaviors
- Knowledge of Atomic Design as wells as component-based design development
- Experience with UI tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Strong UI visual design skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Efficient communicative and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience as interactive/user experience designer
